THE ROLLING JUBILEE FUND THE PURPOSE OF THE FUND IS TO REDUCE, THROUGH MUTUAL AID, THE LEVEL OF INDEBTEDNESS OF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY BY ACQUIRING OUTSTANDING DEBT AND ABOLISHING IT. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY COOPERATING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, WHETHER LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL, FOR THE FOREGOING PURPOSE.
