Financial Coaching for members of underserved communities. The financial coaching program teaches low-income member of underserved communities the basics of managing finances for their household. The program also teaches low-income members of these communities how to effectively manage small business finances. Vocational training and education. EIW regular vocational classes and workshops in collaboration with companies, agencies, and other community stakeholders. The classes are free and targeted to reach members of underserved communities who could not otherwise afford comparable training and education.
