WINDSOR PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION WPTO has worked with staff at Windsor Elementary School to strengthen our school community encourage parents to actively participate in the childrens educational experience and inspire students to achieve their full potential to learn socialize and grow WPTO has coordinated fundraising and volunteering efforts to purchase instructional items to fund student events activities and school enhancements and to enrich the learning experience for students
