IDEA DELAWARE INC Idea Delaware studies the statistical impact of economic policies in Delaware and all 50 states -- with an emphasis on innovation by governments, individuals, corporations, and other voluntary associations, and the history of innovation and innovators. Our mission is to improve public understanding of these innovations, their impact, and the factors that can frustrate or facilitate innovation.
