Our organization is a 501(c) 3 non-profit that works to alleviate the negative impacts of apathy and lack of available services on the populations of Virginia, Florida, and beyond. Our well-trained staff implements projects that provide interventions to reduce depravity and poverty, supporting the development of the mind, body, and soul. Empowerment Training Center offers opportunities for individuals to build a foundation for future success. Joyce Carelock Ministries, Inc., operating as Empowerment Training Center, is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2011 and is registered under 501(c)(3). The training center was set up on March 1, 2012, with a core objective of providing necessary training and resources to underserved community members.
