NEW MEXICO SYMPHONIC CHORUS The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to provide choral music performance of the highest quality for the enjoyment and edification of the community, and is exclusively charitable within the meaning of section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. In furtherance of this purpose, the New Mexico Symphonic Chorus is organized and operated as a nonprofit corporation pursuant to the laws of the State of New Mexico, and a Type I supporting organization pursuant to section 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
