Our Mission The Region V Community Development Corporation has a principle purpose of planning, developing, owning, and managing affordable housing projects in Southeastern North Dakota. These projects benefit lower income households, which are households with an annual income that does not exceed 80 percent of the county median income level. Our Profile The Region V Community Development Corporation (RVCDC) was established in 1994 as a charitable non-profit to the SouthEastern North Dakota Community Action Agency (SENDCAA). Our corporation has participated in various training courses that addressed affordable housing development, market studies, rehabilitation, new construction, and property management. We are a member of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), National Congress for Community Economic Development, Region 8 Assisted Housing Management Association, Local/State/and National Apartment Associations, and we are a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
