COMPTON HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD BETTERMENT ASSOCIATION The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes with the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The primary purposes of the Corporation are the following: Improve the quality of life in the surrounding community through neighborhood improvement and beautification; prevention of crime; promotion of the City of St. Louis as a desirable place to live, especially through the promotion of historic preservation; assistance in creating community cohesiveness and reducing neighborhood tensions; and support various charitable organizations within the City of St. Louis.
