Burrell Foundation Funding Healthy Communities Brightli Foundation About Us The Brightli Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Brightli, the parent company for Burrell Behavioral Health (and subsidiary Comprehensive Mental Health Services), Preferred Family Healthcare (including Clarity Healthcare), Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services, Adult & Child Health, and Places for People. Our mission is to support the Brightli system to increase access to high quality community-based healthcare across the Midwest through cultivating collaborative funder relationships. We believe that by finding innovative ways to bridge the gap to care created by financial constraints, we can help more people live their brightest lives. Read Our FY2025 Impact Report Brightli and Centerstone Finalize Merger, Set To Close In November Two nonprofit behavioral health providers finalized the merging of their organizations at a ceremonial signing event in Springfield. Executives from Nashville-based Centerstone and Springfield-based Brightli signed a master transaction agreement (MTA) on Sept. 9, formalizing the merger of the two organizations to form the largest nonprofit behavioral health care provider in the United States.
