Saint Vincent Surgery Center of Erie The mission of Saint Vincent Surgery Center is to provide quality, one day surgical care to the citizens of the tri-state region. We will exercise our leadership role in this area of our community by organizing and supporting the development, establishment, and operation of this freestanding ambulatory surgery center. We are dedicated to provide quality surgical related services in a spirit of caring in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Saint Vincent Health System. There were 2,757 Medicare/Medicaid HMO patients and 152 Charity Care patients cared for during calendar year 2011.
