Since we were incorporated in 2000, Transitional Housing of Steele County has helped safely house over 3,000 homeless individuals. ​ Transitional Housing helps people in need in two specific ways. First, we offer case management and rent subsidies to eligible homeless people in Steele County, Minnesota for up to 2 years.
