Fairview Foundation The Fairview Foundation's exempt purpose is to promote philanthropy within Fairview, raise funds, build relationships, provide grants to programs and services that enhance the care of patients, improve the physical, emotional and spiritual health of the communities we serve and support the mission of Fairview Health Services, a charitable organization exempt from income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
