America's Roundtable The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The purpose of this corporation is to promote the common good and general welfare of the community. Specifically, the corporation will: Educate the public on issues of civic importance, including public safety, civil liberties, education, economy, energy, healthcare, democratic governance, human rights, media freedom, security, trade, transparency, rule of law and other key public policy issues. Advocate for legislation, policies, and initiatives that further the social welfare of the community. Encourage citizen participation in the democratic process through nonpartisan outreach and community engagement. Conduct research and distribute information to the public on matters affecting the social and economic well-being of the community.
