COOPERATING CHURCHES OF SUSSEX INC OverviewSussex Outreach Services is the social ministry arm of the Cooperating Churches of Sussex (CCOS). We served 452 families, 1079 unique individuals in 2024. We helped them with food, emergency financial assistance, preventive health programming, resources and referrals. We serve all families and individuals in the Hamilton School District, which includes Sussex, the Village of Lisbon, Lannon, and parts of Merton, Lisbon, Butler, and Menomonee Falls. You can check your tax bill to determine if you are in the Hamilton School District.SOS MissionIt is the mission of Sussex Outreach Services (S0S), to meet the immediate and long term needs of individuals and families in the Hamilton School District by providing food, informational resources, client advocacy and general assistance.
