US Amateur Tug of War Association Inc To form a charitable organization to foster and promote amateur competition on a local, state, national and international level in the sport of Tug-of-War; to encourage participation of all age levels; to finacially assist, through contributions and membership fees, teams as shall be designated by this association to participate in this sport at local, state, national and internationl amateur competitions; to further educate and assist in the training of amateur competitors and the general public; and, to engage in any lawful purposes and activities as set forth in Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and under the meanings of 501(c)(3) IRC of 1954.
