WEAC REGION 1 About Region 1 Events News Contact Us About Region 1 WEAC Region 1 is made up of educators from across Northwest Wisconsin from Pepin to Bayfield and Mellen to St. Croix Falls. We are the result of a merger of members from four different UniServs. Region 1 came about to better serve our members and their communities. This merger has given us a much larger network of members able to join together to advocate for our students, our profession, and our communities. WEAC Region 1 is an affiliate of both the Wisconsin Education Association Council and the National Education Association thereby giving our members a voice and representation in local, state, and national level discussions related to public education and the policies affecting our students and our profession.
