THE PENTECOSTAL CHURCHES OF THE APOSTOLIC FAITH INTERNATIONAL INC Emerge Church Abq dba Emerge Ministries International The Egress Youth Diversion Program was developed in response to JJAC advocating for the prevention of delinquency alternatives to secure detention improvement of the juvenile justice system gender-specific services and the development of a continuum of graduated sanctions for juveniles in local communities. As part of Bernalillo county the mission of EMI's Egress Youth Diversion EYD is to remove youth as early in the juvenile justice process as possible to avoid later negative outcomes associated with formal processing. The goal is to decrease the odds of recidivism stigmatization labeling and criminal justice costs CrimeSolutions.gov. We also continue to share the Faith Christ delivered to his church through teaching and preaching; and minister to the needs of our congregation and community.
