NATIONAL ASSOC OF BLIND MERCHANTS Home Home National Association of Blind Merchants We are a membership organization of self-employed blind persons, most of whom work in the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Program. We provide a collective voice for the approximately 1800 blind entrepreneurs across the country and advocate on their behalf. We share information on best practices and issues affecting our members and provide training and technical assistance to the blind entrepreneurs and the state licensing agencies.
