Affordable Housing Concept Lot O | State & Cass | Traverse City Homestretch Nonprofit Housing is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). Offering both Rental and Home Ownership programs, Homestretch serves area residents earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) by county. Established in 1996 in response to the ongoing affordable housing shortage in the Grand Traverse region, Homestretch has developed over 100 below market rate rentals and homes for sale, adding new obtainable housing stock to our communities each year.
