At Access of West Michigan, our vision is simple yet powerful: a community rooted in equitable systems where every neighbor has the opportunity to thrive. This year’s report shares stories of impact through our core programs- Poverty Education, Good Food Systems, and Congregation Connections. Together, we’ve reached over 900 people through workshops that change the way our community understands poverty, invested $60,000 into our local food economy, and supported 731 families and individuals through congregational partnerships. With your help, more than $335,000 was distributed to meet urgent needs of neighbors across West Michigan. We also take time to celebrate the joy of gathering- from the Walk for Good Food, where individuals and congregations stepped out in solidarity for a just food system, to our Spring Fundraising Event, where stories, shared meals, and hope came together in one room. These moments remind us that change is not only possible but already happening when we come together. Behind the numbers, this report is really about relationships, generosity, and vision. It’s about neighbors supporting neighbors, partners working side by side, and a community saying yes to justice and equity. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
