THE INTER-AMERICAN RESTORATION CORP The InterAmerican Restoration Corporation (IRC) is a non-profit organization that facilitates the distribution of critical resources from the United States to impoverished communities in Central America and South America. Nothing expresses this more than Clinica de Esperanza, a basic medical services clinic in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Clinica de Esperanza has served thousands of patients since it opened in 2007 and thousands more through its mobile clinic in rural communities.
