COUNSELING AND FAMILY SERVICES INC Maintain the Integrity of Family Just as its name implies, FamilyCore understands that strong families, equipped with the tools and ties to succeed, are at the heart of any vibrant, tight-knit community. FamilyCore (previously known as Counseling & Family Services) employs over 90 individuals that work with schools, the court system and other social service agencies to connect counseling, intervention, preventative education and other support services with those who have a need. FamilyCore takes a holistic approach in its continuum of care, often providing boosts of support to multiple generations. The end goal is to maintain the integrity of family, however it may be defined. Counseling Our licensed counselors, with a presence in schools, courts, and social service agencies, are positioned to identify and assist with social/emotional, mental wellness, and behavioral concerns. Foster Care When children need temporary living arrangements, FamilyCore connects them with safe and caring home environments Single Parent Support We put a special focus on single parents- moms, dads, and grandparents - who have the tough job of raising a child alone. If you need a little support, that's where we come in! Outreach FamilyCore has built a wide-reaching spectrum of programs for at-risk youth in the tri-county area to provide channels for success.
