BEST OF THE BAYOU The organization's mission is to make Houma-Terrebonne a premier tourist destination and quintessential community. This mission is carried out by planning, funding and hosting an annual music, cultural and heritage festival. Donations/income in excess of all event costs shall be used for educational purposes.
