Ohio State Grange of Patrons of Husbandry Providing a place of meeting for its members and promoting friendly social activities among the members of the presently organized and exisiting Nimishillen Grange; to acquire, in furtherance thereof, by purchase, lease or therwise, real estate, as well as personal property, for use as a home and meeting place, and for any other similar proper purpose or use of benefit to the members thereof, and the doing of any and all things necessary or incidental to the foregoing purposes.
