PENINSULA LIBRARY FOUNDATION The Peninsula Library Foundation was formed in 1993 to address the Library’s long term funding issues, and since 2010 it is has provided financial support to the Library. After the 2025 contribution, the Peninsula Library will have received $265,511 from the Peninsula Library Foundation. The Peninsula Library Foundation’s sole purpose is to support the Peninsula Library and Historical Society through an endowment fund. The endowment fund is a long term investment comprised of donations from people in the community. In its first full year, more than $100,000 was raised and by 2024, the total assets of the Foundation surpassed the $2.7 million mark because of community generosity. Your donation to the Foundation will help to provide reliable funds for the Library through this endowment fund.
