Torrance Chinese School Torrance Chinese School is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political educational institution which provides a friendly environment for students who are interested in learning the Chinese language. The school offers classes not only for school-aged children, but also for adults who like to explore Chinese language and cultures. All school activities are to promote Chinese cultures and to encourage the learning of Chinese language.
