Las Hermanas Inc Las Hermanas Women's Retreat began in 1982 with just 30 women and has grown into a powerful annual gathering for women in all 12-step recovery programs. What started as an AA retreat now welcomes up to 300 women at our new home, Whispering Winds. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where women in recovery can come together to heal, connect, and grow. As addiction in all its forms continues to risealcohol, drugs, food, gambling, relationshipswe believe in the importance of reaching out, lifting each other up, and building a strong, supportive community. We know recovery isn't linear; it's a journey of progress, not perfection. At Las Hermanas, we walk that path together, one day at a time. Through shared experience, laughter, tears, and sisterhood, we aim to inspire lasting change that ripples outwardinto families, friendships, and the broader recovery community. We come from all walks of life, and we share one thing in common: a desire to recover and live fully.
