The goal of our Rising Community Leaders (RCL) program is to equip emerging leaders with skills, toolsets and mentorships to engage in community building advocacy and projects. Our training, coaching, and curriculum is key to translating the learned experiences of our faculty and staff into models of transformation that can be utilized in any culture, community, or city. Studio-180 Capital Campaign​​ In 2020 the riots in south Minneapolis destroyed vital businesses, and families were deeply impacted. Hope was destroyed. The Building Hope in the Inner City campaign brings back hope with developing and implementing vital urban programs and outreach. ​ Rising Community Leaders: Urban Leadership training that trains and equips leaders to achieve transformational change.
