Texas Council of Teachers of Mathematics The Texas Council of Teachers of Mathematics (TCTM) is an organization that supports the instruction of mathematics in Texas classrooms. We are a sponsoring organization for the state mathematics conference for teachers, the conference usually has attendance between 2000 & 5000. The presentations include content, pedagogy, and information from the state education department and use of technology. TCTM supports teachers directly by publishing a peer-reviewed journal twice a year that focuses on content and instructional strategies.
