HOLLAND ENERGY FUND The Corporation is organized within Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code to conduct a municipal clean energy program for which any City of Holland homeowner can qualify. The program includes energy education efforts, a subsidy for home energy improvements, as well as low interest loans with limited barriers to qualify.
