THE CAREY WILDLIFE PRESERVE

THE CAREY WILDLIFE PRESERVE The corporation reaches out to local civic groups to educate them on the necessity of preserving the natural environment for the survival of the wildlife inhabiting the land. The organization hosts a lecture series, free of charge, at the local library to inform and educate interested groups on ways to protect their land from developers and unwanted billboards and signs. The organization will purchase "protection" signs from the state of Texas which, once in place, other billboards can not be installed within 500 feet in both directions on that same side of the road.
