Playhouse Creatures Theatre Company Inc Playhouse Creatures Theatre Company, Inc. (Playhouse Creatures) wasincorporated on February 4, 2011 exclusively for the charitable and educationalpurposes of 1) cultivating and developing understanding of and public interest inthe dramatic arts; 2) bringing the dramatic arts to areas that are not adequatelyserved in this respect through charitable community-centered programs; 3)encouraging and cultivating talent in the creation and performance of the dramaticarts; and 4) making donations to and otherwise supporting organizations qualifiedfor exemption from federal income tax under Section 50 1( c) (3) of the InternalRevenue Code.
