ABOUT PETS INC To provide low cost spay neuter services for pets and low cost medical care to pets in order to reduce the number of cats and dogs given to shelters, abandoned, and left animal control facilities due to a complete lack of affordable basic health care and vaccinations and affordable birth control surgery.
