These efforts include direct financial support for individuals or families who have a financial need due to work or health issues. Other efforts involve doing volunteer work supporting individuals, families and shelters in need of assistance. Cultural programs supported stress Irish history, food, music and customs. These programs consist of history classes, dance programs and cooking events at fairs and festivals. Most of the individuals or groups supported have Irish heritage in common but it is not a requirement.
