Tustin Police Foundation The Tustin Police Foundation coordinates and cooperates with the Tustin Police Department as an independent non-profit corporation to assist the police department in its mission to work in partnership with other city departments, the residential and business community, and the governmental and non-profit agencies to reduce crime, provide a sense of saftey and security, and improve the quality of life for those who visit and live in the city of Tustin.
