FRIENDS OF THE KANSAS CITY MUNICIPAL DRUG COURT The mission of the Friends of the Kansas City Municipal Drug Court is to increase community awareness of the effectiveness of the drug court model in meeting the needs of non-violent, addicted offenders who have a desire to quit and the courage to try. The Friends of the Kansas City Municipal Drug Court also provides economic assistance and a supportive environment to the participants of the Kansas City Municipal Drug Court.
