HAND IN HAND FARM Hand In Hand Farm helps rebuild troubled families through agricultural adventures, classroom and hands-on parenting training, and mentorship. We provide vocational training to older youth and young adults. We also assist other nonprofit agencies by helping with their events or through consultation. In-person week-long family camps, vocational training, family farm sessions, online parenting classes, and individual consultations.
