Heart of the City Mission Foundation

Heart of the City Mission Foundation Perform and carry out the charitable, educational, religious and other exempt purposes of Mission Church at Fort Wayne, Inc. The Foundation will carry out a portion of the Outreach Ministry of the Mission Church at Fort Wayne, Inc. and it is designed to facilitate the involvement of the supported organization's members and attendees as they strive to embody the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the city of Fort Wayne by engaging in charitable, educational and religious activities. In furtherance of the supported organization's exempt purpose, the Foundation may, among other activities, engage in food and clothing collection and distribution for the benefit of low-income individuals and families and tutoring services to children, youth and adults.
