LEGACY FELLOWSHIP

LEGACY FELLOWSHIP Legacy Fellowship partners with an in-country NGO for community health projects. They are currently working in multiple communities. In these communities, more than 100 community health educators have been trained. These educators help raise awareness with various community assocations. Topics include malaria prevention, diarahea treatment and prevention, importance of clean water, health of pregnant women and newborns, and small scale gardening. Much time has been devoted to the completion of training materials and translation into natural languages for the appropriate members of the community.
