Donate Now View Event Recap Who We Are The Sandalwood Community Food Pantry, established in 2009, is a non-denominational, non-profit organization dedicated to nourishing the bodies, minds, and spirits of those in need. Born from one woman’s vision to address childhood hunger on Hilton Head Island, we have grown into a vital community resource, partnering with the Lowcountry Food Bank of South Carolina to ensure reliable assistance. Our mission goes beyond providing food; we strive to empower and uplift, working alongside the community we serve. Despite facing challenges such as reduced USDA commodities and dwindling supplies, we remain committed to our goal of supplementing monthly groceries for families in times of need, embodying the belief that we are stronger together.
