Jim and Jude Memorial Foundation Inc The Jim and Jude Memorial Foundation provides funding for other non-profit organizations that either: (i) provide support, assistance, resources or outreach programs to children and/or families coping with serious childhood illness or disease and/or (ii) focus on overall health, education and well being of children specifically by promoting healthy lifestyles, family resiliency, the arts, education and social and civic awareness and/or (iii) to engage in such other activities described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code as determined appropriate by the board of directors.
