BROKEN TAIL RESCUE INC We take in homeless dogs, cats, guinea pigs and rabbits into foster care and prepare them for new adoptive homes after providing needed training, medical care and spaying/neutering. We adopt dogs from volunteer foster homes and cats from volunteer foster homes and also our adoption centers at two PetSmart stores.
