Because of you, our friends, families, and neighbors—we’ve met our short-term fundraising goal and raised $54,000 in one-time donations. This will keep Serious JuJu open through the current school year! Your generosity and encouragement mean that the skatepark doors remain open, the lights stay on, and kids continue to have a safe, supportive place to gather, skate, and belong. This milestone is worth celebrating, and we received a good increase to our recurring donations, which achieved roughly half of the goal. Change happens at Serious JuJu. Serious JuJu empowers youth, and it’s what we do every day through the expression of our core values. Impacting the lives of more than 1,000 youths and their families annually, we are inspiring our children to be leaders within our community. In the face of a growing mental health crisis, Serious JuJu offers free mentoring and skateboarding programs that strengthen families, empower young people, and build life skills for a safe, healthy future. “Skateboarding alleviates stress and takes the pressure off those things that get you down.
