Vita Nova Our mission is to provide dignified housing and supportive services to formerly incarcerated individuals. Vita Nova (formerly HFI) owns a triplex in Observation Hill where we provide transitional housing to men with felony backgrounds. Individuals with felony backgrounds struggle to find stable housing, which leads to difficult returning to community, becoming employed, and many other challenges. We also provide Health Realization programming, which supports individuals to reunify with their families, helps them recover from substance use disorders, and provides them with a weekly support group that helps them overcome barriers in their lives.
VITA NOVA has received 18 grants from 6 known foundation funders. Revenue decreased from $374,872 in 2023 to $68,306 in 2024. Most recent reported revenue: $68,306.
