America's Unwanted Children This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporations Act for public and charitable purposes. The public and charitable purposes of the corporation are to address the needs of unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused children, by providing physical, educational, psychological, spiritual, and medical care to individual children, families, and communities, by providing or supporting programs for food, clean water, clothing, health and child care, and, through educational and vocational training and mentoring, equipping children and families with the means to sustain their own lives. In addition, the corporation shall carry on other charitable and educational activities associated with these purposes as allowed by law.
