Environment North Carolina Inc The purpose of the corporation is to engage in activities, including public education, research, lobbying, litigation, issue advocacy, and other communications and activities to promote pro-environment political ideas, policies and leaders. The foregoing purpose shall include educating the public about the records and positions of political candidates on environmental issues, and engaging in programs to support the election of pro-environment political candidates.At the close of business on June 30, 2017, the Organization merged into Environment America, Inc., with Environment America, Inc. being the surviving entity.
