CENTRAL NIAGARA BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION Based at Pendleton Town Park, the Central Niagara Baseball & Softball Association (CNBSA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers developmental and competitive leagues for nearly 250 girls and boys from ages four to 17 years. CNBSA helps develop character among area youths by emphasizing physical skills development, fair play, safety and fun.
