We offer in-person guided meditation classes for everyone on our General Program Classes, Retreats and Day-Courses. Drop in to any class and grab some peace. We also offer structured study programs for those who wish for a deep experience of Buddha’s advice in the Foundation Program and Teacher Training programs. In this silent retreat can have an opportunity to increase our inner peace by meditating on the Stages of the Path – Lamrim. The retreat structure consists of prayers, lamrim teaching and meditation. Aside from the prayers, students are encouraged to remain silent until after the last session. then we usually have some light refreshments and folks can stay to discuss if they wish.
