We offer in-person guided meditation classes for everyone on our General Program Classes, Retreats and Day-Courses. Drop in to any class and grab some peace. Choose the date and time that works best for you. We also offer structured study programs for those who wish for a deep experience of Buddha’s advice in the Foundation Program and Teacher Training programs. Center Monthly Supporters may attend unlimited General Program classes, receive discounts on Day Courses and Workshops, and may also attend the Thursday Evening meditation classes, and other events, by Zoom. Our meditation classes are by donation, however no one is turned away for lack of funds. The requested donation is $10 ($5 for Students and Limited Income). Now is the time to make authentic progress on the Spiritual Path. Saturday January 17 Without inner peace there is no real happiness at all. In this silent retreat can have an opportunity to increase our inner peace by meditating on the Stages of the Path – Lamrim. The retreat structure consists of prayers, lamrim teaching and meditation. Aside from the prayers, students are encouraged to remain silent until after the last session. then we usually have some light refreshments and folks can stay to discuss if they wish.
