BIG SIS INC BIG SIS, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to create opportunities for positive change in the lives of women and young girls. BIG SIS, Inc., is dedicated to the reintegration and empowerment of these women in becoming independent, goal-oriented and self-sufficient in society. BIG SIS hosts self-esteem building programs for teen girls and teenage mothers as well as reintegration, empowerment and self-sufficiency programs for adult women.
