PRIMARY ENTRY POINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE INCORPORATED Primary Entry Point Advisory Committee Incorporated ("PEPAC") is a broadcast industry group council composed of member radio station representatives who provide guidance and administration for the Primary Entry Point ("PEP") program. PEPAC was established by the Federal Government but organized as a non-profit organization under the laws of the District of Columbia. PEPAC works with the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") to manage and provide certain planning and consulting activities in support of the Primary Entry Point ("PEP") program in providing equipment and technical support to PEP radio stations throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas Virgin Islands to ensure the public is informed timely and accurately with information to assist in the event of a national emergency including providing the President of the United States the capability to address the people of the United States.
